RETURN POLICY

Oliver's Bake Shop accepts return or exchange of in-store purchases within 30 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt. Only items purchased at the same location will be accepted for return/exchange. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags and packaging. Refunds will be given in the form of the original payment.

Returns without a receipt will be given store credit.

Collars, leashes, harnesses, accessories, and apparel must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.

No refunds/exchange on party hats or celebration supplies (candles, cake toppers, etc.)

Sale items are final, no returns or exchanges.

All cake orders and meals are final sale.

All returns or exchanges are subject to store approval.
